Woodstock FC is a nonprofit organization committed to delivering a positive and enriching soccer experience for children in Woodstock and the surrounding communities. We are pleased to offer a house league soccer program for Boys and Girls from ages Under 4 to Under 17. The success of our programs depends greatly on the dedication and support of enthusiastic volunteers. We invite you to consider volunteering as a coach for your child’s team and help us ensure a successful and enjoyable season for all participants.

Program Overview

Woodstock FC presents an instructor led recreational program that follows a curriculum developed and approved by Canada Soccer. Volunteer parents will help keep the game going and the children playing. The approach incorporates research-approved strategies to help keep kids engaged, having fun and learning some skills through implicit learning.

All Games will be played at Cowan Park on the indoor pitch.
Players will receive a full kit - jersey, shorts and socks.
Indoor turf shoes or running shoes and shin pads, are required.
player requests are not accepted, although siblings in the same age group will be placed together
There are no medals, trophies,scores or standings

VOLUNTEER COACH

If your child is registered in the House League program, consider becoming a coach for their team. Volunteer coaches do not need to have any formal soccer or coaching experience to be part of the team. All that is needed is positivity, enthusiasm and a supportive attitude. Coaches are assigned to one team, the individual helps the team by getting ready with a warm up and provides guidance and support during the games. Match officials are provided for all games.

Coaches, if you are not the primary account holder in the Power Up registration system you are required to have an individual account with a unique email address. Once you have created your profile you can volunteer with the club by clicking the VOLUNTEER NOW Team Official Application in the main menu. Returning Coaches- please use your current coaching profile.

FEE ASSISTANCE

Woodstock FC stands behind the belief that all kids play and provides measures to ensure finances are not a barrier for athletes to play soccer in our club. Please reach out so we can work together.

TEAM MATE REQUEST

Woodstock FC does not permit teammate or requests for a specific coach, however siblings in the same age group will be placed on the same team. Your co-operation is appreciated.
